Difficulty Description:

A. Anodic oxidation needs imported Aluminum Aluminum Substrate and strict process parameters to meet the surface appearance requirements.

B. The workpiece completes 16 holes by rotating four axes to eight different angles to form complex cavity, which requires high relative position. After completion, block all side holes and test pressure with 7MPa.

C. The pore size of H7 should be guaranteed after oxidation.
